We are
proud to announce the Golf MKIV front mounting intercooler
kit for the 1.8T engine'd vehicles. We believe that after
extensive development and testing we have the best product
in the market place.
The kits contain a new intercooler, silicone hoses and
clamps, a modified crash bumper, in fact all the parts
required.
Fitment is straight forward and itemised in the supplied
instruction manual and unlike some competitors products this
kit will fit behind the original front panel.
NOTE: This unit cannot be
fitted in conjunction with headlight washers.
Dyno testing showed significant drops in inlet temperature
over the OEM side mounting intercooler of up to 15 degrees C
with no loss of boost pressure.
The average of the Dyno run temps at low and high boost (for
ease of comparison) are sumarised here:
